Now is when we start to fall?
Bickering in the ranks, divided at the mount,
Debtors to both foe and friend,
Tethering at the seams, as only factions count
Eventually obliged to all?
Now you slough off dead scales, flick them to the ground
Perhaps we can pull out of this?
Shedding toughness, peeling layers down to vulnerable stuff
Electing leaders who will lead?
Ripe is the fury cracking the stratum of a decimate legacy
No getting stuck in this old paralysis,
You were blinking off old eyelids
An unimpeded farewell soon to be in order
